WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE COVERED?
- SAILING PRACTICE:
- Boats under 24m: for teaching, supervised practice, competitions*, non-competitive events, activities organized by
FFVoile or its affiliates, including competitions abroad
- Boats under 18m: for unsupervised practice
- PHYSICAL TRAINING prior to sailing.
- RELATED SPORTS by FFVoile affiliates: canoe, kayak, paddle, rowing, sea walking, land sailing, land kite, etc.
- ENGINE USE on sailboats (max 300 HP) for recreational sailing only, no competitions.
*Coverage includes damage caused by the licensee's boat while moored or ashore during FFVoile events, even if not aboard.
WHAT COVERAGE FOR CLUB LICENSE HOLDERS?
- CIVIL LIABILITY: Covers material, immaterial, or bodily harm caused to third parties.
- LEGAL DEFENSE & RECOURSE: Legal action involving insured civil liability.
- PERSONAL ACCIDENT: Covers personal bodily harm.
- LEGAL AID FOR SPORT VIOLENCE VICTIMS.
